Wendy Wischer queries the constitution of natural and abstruse systems. In the introspection of form and function, Wischer manifests sound, light, and sculpture. The gossamer, transcendental qualities that often denote Wischer’s installations are predicated upon complex construction and technology. Wischer’s process becomes an exercise in awe and appraisal that parallels the lived experience of the conscientious observer.
